The Closure Planning was in full accordance with the original site operations PER commitments, included detailed Costing, Resourcing and Scheduling to ensure that the Closure Provision was indeed adequate, and could be enabled when required.  All closure aspects were fully explored and accounted for in an extensive Closure Management Plan submitted to the Clients' Senior Management Team.
