Project Manager of the Clients Engineer.  Involving the site assessment, scoping, refurbishment of all existing old plant and equipment, procurement and installation of new equipment, rewriting PLC code, and recommissioning a combined fine tails and coarse tailings co-disposal pumping system to the TSF impoundment discharge spigots. One (1) tank and  three (3) discharge pumps per line, each pump having a 500kW DC drive. Two tails discharge lines in total, thus six (6) main drives.  Tank level and density control, along with detailed rheology studies were essential, to prevent settling in the 3km of 315mm PN16 (grading down) HDPE discharge lines.
