Is the Founder and Managing Director of Sancon Pty. Ltd., and has lead the Company since establishment in Jan 1996. In addition, Ross has accumulated over 34 years of Major Project experience, primarily in the Mineral Processing Sector, including; Project Management, Studies Management, Project Development, Construction Supervision, Process Plant and Infrastructure Design, Client Representation, Management of Technology & Innovation Projects for Global Delivery, various Technical and Operational Roles, including Commissioning and Handover. Holding both a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with 1st Class Honours, and a Graduate Diploma of Business (part). Ross has worked across the entire value chain within the Mining Industry from Mine to Market. Ross is well credentialed, and known within Industry circles for his ability, drive and success in delivering Major Projects from inception to final completion & handover. His areas of expertise include; Iron Ore, Diamonds & Nickel; Open Cut & Underground Mining, and has worked on related Technologies across diverse global regions as: Australia, Germany, Sweden, Finland, USA and Qatar.

Is experienced in leading and managing multi-discipline teams to develop and implement significant and complex Engineering, Autonomous Technology and productivity improvement projects. Managing multiple projects from the early concept stage, through to continuous operation. Achieving excellent results for the business and team, ensuring safety, schedule, design criteria and budget targets were always met.

Major attributes include strategic thinking, analytical intelligence, strength in interpersonal relations, integrity and focus, with an ability to get things done. Proven record of using skills in influencing and leadership to make a difference to the business with technology and leading edge projects.

Has worked as an integral EPCM Consultant on Major Minerals Processing Projects within Western Australia; primarily on Underground Block Cave developments. David has obtained an advanced technical understanding of Electrical Engineering from low voltage, small scale implementations through to large power systems. In addition, David also brings 3 years experience as a Commercial Motor Underwriter to enhance Sancon's Risk Management capabilities, as well as advanced skills in Data Modelling, Predictive Analysis and Systems Management.

In 2010, David completed an Advanced Diploma in Music production from the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). He also holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services - General Insurance, and a Certificate III in Financial Services. David is currently completing his Bachelor of Science (Engineering) at UWA.

Braedon is currently completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power) with Honours at Edith Cowan University. He participated in the IET Leadership Program in 2016, and is the current treasurer of the IET Young Professionals Committee Perth chapter. Braedon has achieved multiple awards during his studies, and has also completed a Certificate III in Business and Finance, and various other courses relating to his personal interests.

Braedon brings an extensive knowledge of power systems and electrical engineering to the team at Sancon, and is keen to grow as an industry professional in the Renewable Energy space.

Having completed a Certificate IV in Business Management, Jessica brings 4 years of experience as a Legal Secretary to Sancon to enhance the Administration, Legal & Contractual capabilities of the business. Jessica has extensive experience in Office Administration and Legal Documentation.
